Sign Up Newsletter & Win £100
1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to residents globally, and participants must be 18 years or older, except employees of our Group, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
2. Entry Requirements:
To enter the competition, individuals must sign up for any of our Hotel’s newsletters using a valid email address.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3. Competition Period:
The competition begins on 24th March and runs until 31st December 2024. Entries received after this date will not be eligible.
4. Prize:
The prize is a £100 gift card to be used at one of the Andrew Brownsword Hotels or ABode Hotels.
The prize is as stated; no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize for another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. Winner Selection:
A winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period on the 15th of every month via a random name generator tool.
The winner will be notified by email within seven days of being picked via their email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. Claiming the Prize:
The winner will be required to provide their contact details for prize fulfilment.
The prize will be sent to the winner by email or post within 30 days of the winner claiming it.
7. Publicity:
By entering this competition, participants agree to participate in any promotional activity or material requested by Andrew Brownsword Hotels and ABode Hotels or any other brand we own, relating to the competition.
8. Data Protection:
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for this competition and will not be disclosed to a third party. By entering the competition, participants agree to using their data by Andrew Brownsword’s Privacy Policy.
9. Agreement to Terms:
Participation in the competition constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law:
The laws of the United Kingdom govern these Terms and Conditions, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
